Return to Travel: Team Travel Best Practices & Safety Guide

To help keep staff, coaches and athletes equipped to travel safely, the leaders of STM Charters, STM Driven and STM Stay compiled team travel best practices and safety recommendations. NY, NJ and CT Quarantine Protocols for Out-of-State Travelers

Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced new guidelines allowing out-of-state travelers to New York to “test out” of the mandatory 14-day quarantine. Travelers from states that are contiguous with New York will continue to be exempt from the travel advisory; however covered travelers must continue to fill out the Traveler Health Form. Essential workers will continue to be exempt as well. The new protocol is effective Wednesday, November 4. More


Why is the EU Launching a New Travel Authorization System?

Starting in 2022, the European Commission will roll out a U.S. style electronic travel authorization system for visitors from countries that are currently not part of the EU. These visitors have been granted visa-free access to the EU and Schengen member countries through virtue of their good track record on security issues and, thus, have not been deemed as a threat to EU security. However, the EU is wanting to strengthen its border security as well as digitally screen and track travelers entering and leaving EU countries. More

United to Return to JFK Next Year


United Airlines will begin service out of New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport next year, returning to the airport for the first time in five years, the carrier announced.

Beginning Feb. 1, United will add service between JFK and both Los Angeles and San Francisco, with two daily flights to each city except for Tuesdays and Saturdays, when there will be one flight to each city. The flights will use reconfigured Boeing 767-300ER aircraft that include premium cabin seating with lie-flat seats, which makes it comparable to United's flight offerings between Newark and the two West Coast cities. More


United Airlines Is Adding 1,400 Thanksgiving Flights Ahead of Last-Minute Booking Rush

This holiday travel season could prove to be a busy one after all thanks to an expected rush of last-minute flight bookings, according to new projections from United Airlines.

In a response to the growing air travel demand for Thanksgiving, United has added more than 1,400 flights to its domestic schedule for the week of the November holiday. The airline also says it will be “monitoring bookings in real-time to swap in larger aircraft when needed to accommodate last-minute demand.” More

Delta Air Lines has added a map search tool to its website with which travelers can view travel restrictions and requirements by region prior to booking through the tool. More
