Account Executive – STM Charters (REMOTE)

As Account Executive for STM Charters, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and growth of an assigned book of business, providing customers with guidance in selecting charter air carriers, negotiation, and collection of carrier charter bids, completing lower-level Operational duties as designated by your Team, and assisting in 24-Hour service required for the successful oversight of client’s charter flights.  This position may work remotely.



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight.

  • Some travel required.

  • Previous aviation experience required.

  • Previous air charter experience required.

Charter Air Operations Coordinator
(Seasonal - remote)

In this seasonal role for STM Charters, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating operations and customer service functions that support ongoing business sales and client renewals within an assigned book of business. This position will work with vendors on brokered as well as ACMI services, ultimately overseeing the success of STM Charters Operations by ensuring the tasks done by Account Executives and Sourcing Coordinators are complete and accurate. This position may work remotely but may also require occasional travel.  This is a seasonal position needed from 8/12/24 - 3/12/25. Not benefit eligible.

Executive Director, STM Fan Travel (remote)

As Executive Director, STM Fan Travel, you will be responsible for frontline guidance and modeling of this service area that ensures efficient service delivery and meets productivity targets.  



  • · BS or BA degree, equivalent educational degree or equivalent experience required.

  • · Minimum 7 years of Travel Management experience or equivalent required; call center management and/or travel industry background a plus.

  • · Proven aptitude for technology and/or software solutions and analytical skills required.

  • · Flexibility to travel as needed.

Sales Outreach Specialist (remote)

Short’s Travel Management, a leading provider of NCAA Athletic travel for collegiate athletics, has a immediate opening for a Sales Outreach Specialist with our Sales Development department. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to generate leads for our Sales team.  We have a great team culture where we genuinely enjoy who we work with. So if you are persistent, results-oriented, have a strong customer service or telemarketing background, this may be a great fit for you!  This is an hourly, non-exempt position.  It may work remotely. 

This position is responsible for generating prospective sales leads and new client sales for Short’s Travel Management services – hotels and charter bus via outbound phone calls, emails, and social channels. This position will utilize networking and customer relationship skills to contact and qualify strategic prospects.  An individual in this position will be required to generate, develop, and qualify new leads for our sales organization, helping us drive growth and increase our market share. This role will be part of the sales and marketing department and report directly to the Senior Director of Sales.  The candidate placed in this position will possess the ability to function autonomously and be effective contributing in a team environment.  



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role; travel industry background a plus.

  • Collegiate Sports background a plus.

  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excels at time management and prioritizing tasks

  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with attention to listening and details.

  • Displays a positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to share ideas.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must utilize CRM tool for all outreach.

  • Ability to travel required (5-10%).
