Sports Travel Consultant NCAA
Short's Travel Management is seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to fill the position of Sports Travel Consultant for the NCAA Championships. This entry-level position in the travel industry will be located in our Waterloo, IA office. A qualified candidate is required to have an Associate’s Degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service position. A Travel and Tourism Certification is desired but not mandatory. Flexibility to work overtime as well as evening and weekends shifts during peak business periods is required.
This position responds to customer travel requests received via all means of business contact (phone, e-mail or fax) for reservations (air, hotel, rental car, charters or other modes of transportation) in an efficient, courteous and timely manner. The individuals in these positions manage all functions relating to the booking, administrative and accounting tasks necessary to process electronic or other travel documents as it relates to customer requests and industry requirements. Short’s Travel Management is seeking a dynamic and qualified Report Processor to join our Finance Team. A qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support position. Bookkeeping experience desired. This entry-level position will be based in our Overland Park, KS office.
The Report Processor will be responsible for managing airline reporting tasks according to industry standards and within corporate guidelines. On-Site Travel Consultant
Short’s Travel Management is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an On-Site Corporate Travel Consultant position at our corporate client’s office in Kansas City, KS. A minimum of 3 years of travel agent experience is required. Apollo experience preferred. VIP experience as well as international booking and ticketing skills are a plus.

Short’s Travel is seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to fill the position of Product Manager. A qualified candidate is required to have a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in product development, from inception to completion.
The Product Manager will manage and coordinate product development projects, working with other departments to establish a design, technology, and vendor strategy. This role will evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues, ensuring the goals and objectives of product development are achieved within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction, and developing marketing strategies.
Travel Consultant - Sports & Logistics
Short’s Travel Management is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Travel Consultant position for Sports & Logistics (Branch 86). This position can be located in the Waterloo, IA office, or be virtual from home. High speed internet is required for work from home position. Schedule will be 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm CST.
This position responds to individual domestic and basic international travel requests from our Collegiate Sports clients. Travel requests are received and fulfilled via phone and e-mail for air, hotel, car or other modes of transportation in an efficient, courteous and timely manner. An individual in this position manages all functions relating to the booking, administrative and accounting tasks necessary to process electronic or other travel documents as it relates to customer requests and industry requirements, including support of on-line bookings.
