Travelers will be able to pay $45 to use TSA Confirm.ID for a 10-day travel period. TSA urges travelers who do not have a REAL ID to schedule an appointment at their local DMV to update their ID as soon as possible.

  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

Record Number of Americans to Travel During Winter Holidays

New data from AAA projects that 122.4 million Americans will travel at least 50 miles from home during the 13-day year-end holiday period from Dec. 20 to Jan. 1.

The 2025 forecast is a 2.2 percent increase over last year, surpassing the 2024 record of 119.7 million travelers.
