Shauna Basile, 
C.P.A., M.B.A.

Shauna has more than 25 years of financial experience in the manufacturing, merger and acquisitions, educational and human resource sectors. Prior to joining STM as a Controller, and now CFO, she consulted in change-management. As CFO, Shauna oversees the planning and management of all finance activities of STM including business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Shauna is a native Montanan, avid sports fan and enjoys the outdoors and traveling. She spends her free time in the mountains with her family or traveling to music festivals and sporting events.  Shauna is also passionate about local social issues and volunteers for these causes.
