REAL ID DEADLINE IS OCT 10TH - EXTENSIONS ISSUED FOR SOME The Department of Homeland Security has issued a few new extensions for REAL ID enforcement, allowing Federal agencies to accept driver's licenses and identification cards from at Federal facilities, nuclear power plants and federally regulated commercial aircraft.



Here is a summary of the current extensions for the 15 states and 4 U.S. Territories that are still not REAL ID compliant: October 10, 2018 California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands March 1, 2019 Minnesota May 1, 2019 Rhode Island June 1, 2019 Alaska, Illinois, Montana, Northern Mariana Islands August 1, 2019 Kentucky, Missouri, Pennsylvania October 10, 2019 Maine, Oklahoma, Oregon, American Samoa For the most up-to-date information regarding REAL ID, please visit https://www.dhs.gov/real-id.


BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR MARRIOTT REWARDS NUMBER

Recently, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton and SPG created a unified rewards program. To make sure you are still getting your points, you will need to update your Marriott rewards number in your travel portal/booking tool. If you have questions, please contact your account manager.



AMERICAN AIRLINES INCREASES BAG FEES BY $5

Beginning Sept. 21st, American Airlines will be charging $30 for the first checked bag for domestic flights as well as Canadian flights. The announcement comes after JetBlue, United and Delta all announced price hikes for checked bags. More


STOV5 UPDATE


We have been beta-testing STO Version 5 for several weeks. Feedback is informing us of various areas where we need to make improvements. This feedback is extremely valuable and helps to ensure that the product we eventually deliver to our valued clients as a live product is of the highest quality possible. While tending to feedback from beta testers, the Projects team also continues to develop additional features and functionality. Key new features of STO Version 5 include a new look and feel, a shopping cart experience, branded fares, rail booking and integrated TwoPlus.
