About the University of South Carloina Athletics

The Gamecocks, the pride of the University of South Carolina, compete in NCAA Division I sports. Most of their teams battle in the Southeastern Conference (SEC), but men's soccer faces opponents in the Sun Belt Conference, while women's beach volleyball competes in the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association, as the SEC doesn't sponsor those sports. With twelve national titles, including their most recent 2024 National Championship in Women’s Basketball, and a history of producing Olympians, the Gamecocks are a powerhouse in collegiate athletics.
