The services provided will include group and individual commercial air travel coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective flight solutions for teams and individuals; charter plane services customized to meet the specific needs and schedules of UMass Amherst Athletics, providing flexibility and efficiency; hotel accommodations that prioritize convenience, comfort, and proximity to athletic venues; rental car arrangements facilitating logistics for team travel, individual trips, and recruiting needs with both group and individual rental car options; and charter bus services organizing reliable and efficient ground transportation for local travel and fly/drive scenarios.
