Short's Travel Management Partners with Ball State University Athletics to Provide Comprehensive Travel Services



Short's Travel Management (Short’s) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Ball State University (Ball State Cardinals) Athletics to manage all travel arrangements for the university's athletic programs. Utilizing the designated offsite agent model, Short's will offer a full suite of travel services designed to streamline and enhance the travel experience for Ball State Cardinals, coaches, and staff.

 

Under this new partnership, Short's will provide group and individual commercial air travel coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective flight solutions; charter plane services to meet the specific needs and schedules of Ball State Cardinals; group and individual hotel accommodations prioritizing convenience, comfort, and proximity to venues; group and individual/recruiting rental car arrangements to handle logistics for team travel as well as individual and recruiting trips; and charter bus services to organize reliable and efficient ground transportation for both local travel and fly/drive scenarios.

About Ball State University Athletics

 

The Ball State Cardinals represent Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, competing in NCAA Division I as part of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). The Cardinals sponsor teams in seven men's and 12 women's NCAA-sanctioned sports. The men's volleyball team competes in the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association. Starting in the 2024–25 season, men's swimming and diving will transition from the MAC to the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) as the MVC takes over sponsorship of the sport.
