Short’s Travel Management is proud to announce a new partnership with Pepperdine University Athletics to manage and support all aspects of their athletic travel. As their official travel partner, Short’s will coordinate commercial air reservations, charter air, ground transportation, and both individual and team hotel accommodations for all Waves athletic programs.

Pepperdine will be supported through our Offsite Account Agent Model, which assigns consistent, sport-specific agents backed by expert teams in each service area. This model ensures continuity, responsiveness, and the kind of proactive support needed to handle the demands of collegiate athletics.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Pepperdine Athletics and bring our expertise to support their travel logistics,” said David LeCompte, CEO of Short’s Travel Management. “They are a program that values excellence—on and off the field—and that aligns perfectly with how we approach service. Our designated agents are ready to help the Waves travel confidently and focus on what matters most: performance.”

Pepperdine selected Short’s based on our proven experience managing complex travel for college athletic departments across the country. With sport-specific service and an understanding of the unique timing and demands of athletic travel, we’re excited to deliver a seamless experience for Pepperdine’s student-athletes, coaches, and staff.

"Partnering with Short’s marks an exciting step forward for Pepperdine Athletics,” said Tanner Gardner, Director of Athletics at Pepperdine. “Travel is a critical part of the student-athlete experience, and having a trusted partner with Short’s expertise allows us to deliver the highest level of care and support to our programs. This collaboration reflects our commitment to excellence and ensures the Waves are positioned to succeed, wherever competition takes us.”
