About Lance...
As National Account Manager of STM Driven, Lance oversees the ground transportation needs of STM’s full service contracted clients and new athletic programs. Lance graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Leisure, Youth & Human Services with a focus on travel & tourism. After college, Lance joined GMAC Mortgage during the financial crisis in 2008 working with homeowners to modify their mortgage and later was promoted to the Risk Management Team overseeing foreclosure sales.
Following his passion for athletics, Lance pursued an opportunity to join STM in 2014 as a member of the business development team. In 2018, Lance transitioned into the Director role as STM’s lead for all travel needs of an athletics department. 2021 provided another unique opportunity for Lance as he transitioned to the STM Driven team; offering his extensive athletic travel experience. His priority is to ensure your athletic department is getting the very best motor coach options, equipment, savings, and service on EVERY trip.
Getting personal...
In his spare time, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife Dayna, son Jett and their two dogs. On the weekends you can find Lance on the golf course, watching sports and dominating fantasy football leagues.
