Kayla Marshall

Shortly after graduating college, Kayla began her career with STM as a travel counselor. After two years coordinating team travel logistics, she transitioned to various roles to support the company’s sales and marketing efforts, contributing to double digit growth year-over-year. In 2017, Kayla transferred back to operations to manage one of STM's largest accounts. Then in 2021, she moved into her current role overseeing TMC Operations for STM’s regular season sports travel, corporate sports, and on-site divisions. She places a high priority on efficiency, adaptability and cohesiveness, while adhering to client policy and providing exceptional customer service.

Kayla lives in Iowa with her husband and growing family. She likes to stay busy, and her two toddler boys help her do just that. She enjoys spending time with friends and extended family, traveling anywhere warm when she can, and staying active by running, playing volleyball, or doing hot yoga.
