On-Site Sports Travel Consultant for Florida State University Athletics

Short's Travel Management is seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to fill the position of On-Site Sports Travel Consultant for Florida State University Athletics in Tallahassee, FL.  A minimum of 5 years of travel agent experience is required; group and/or sports travel experience is essential.  VIP experience will be a plus; Apollo experience preferred.

 

This position responds to customer travel requests for reservations (airline, hotel, rental car, or other modes of transportation) in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner.  An individual in this position manages all functions relating to the booking, administrative and accounting tasks necessary to process electronic or other travel documents as it relates to customer request and industry requirements.  The candidate placed in this position will have the ability to function autonomously and in a team environment.

Operations Coordinator

Short’s Travel Management is now seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to fill the open position of Operations Coordinator in the STM Driven division. A qualified candidate is required to have strong organizational skills & attention to detail, Microsoft office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or is preferred. Based on successful job performance, this position may lead to future advancement within the STM Driven division.
