Operations Coordinator


Short’s Travel Management is seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to fill the position of Operations Coordinator in our STM Driven division.    

As Operations Coordinator for STM Driven you will be responsible for coordinating operations and sales functions that support ongoing business sales and client renewals. This position may work remotely.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Availability on nights & weekends as needed.

  • Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight.

  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry, personal assistance, operations or ground transportation is a plus.

  • Understands and able to balance customer vs. internal needs.
