OPEN POSITIONS

Director of Operations, Charter Air

 

This position is primarily responsible for the mentorship, support, and leadership of full-time and seasonal Charter Operations Planners and to ensure the successful operational coordination of our clients’ charter flights. Using expert knowledge of airline operations, industry regulations, and superior customer service acumen and leadership skills, the role will drive the process and accountability of our Operations Team, including development and training of staff, adoption and use of technology, and compliance with best practices, standard operating procedures, and KPIs. Additionally, the role will be responsible for maintaining operational relationships with our vendor air carriers, management of irregular operations (IRROPS) for brokered flights, and ensuring work-life balance for our staff, all while providing 24x7x365 client-facing operational oversight and promoting client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 7-10 years’ experience managing air charter operations preferred.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of airline/aviation operations.

  • Understanding of the nuance of collegiate athletics and athletic travel.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Customer-service orientation; a self-starter with the ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight. 

  • Some travel required.

Travel Consultant - Onsite - University of Kansas (KU)

As primary contact for KU Athletic travel, the position is responsible for managing and coordinating travel logistics for KU's NCAA Division I athletic programs.  This role supports the travel needs of student-athletes coaches, and staff across all sports, ensuring efficient, compliant and cost-effective travel arrangements for group travel. This role requires a strong, seasoned agent, preferably with sports travel experience.  This position is located at the university athletic office in Lawrence, KS.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a travel consultant; Group/Sports Travel experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required.

  • Smartpoint/Apollo experience is preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak travel periods and during emergency travel situations.

  • Flexibility to travel to Waterloo on occasion for training, meetings, or team building activities.

Salesforce Administrator (remote)

The Salesforce Administrator will drive the efficient and effective use of Salesforce within the company, ensuring that the platform supports and enhances business processes, user productivity, and customer success. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and development of Salesforce to meet company needs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization, leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to deliver solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications:  Salesforce Administrator

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and no-code development

  • Experience with custom feature development

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles

  • Experienced in organizing stories and epics in Jira with a strong track record of clear, consistent documentation

  • Experience debugging Flows and Apex
