A few weeks ago, Erin Holst, STM’s Director of Account Management sent a survey link to our clients asking for feedback on what they felt were the most important initiatives and desires for them based on the current travel environment. The survey results are in!
On Tuesday, October 6th at 2:00 pm CT our leadership team, including CEO David LeCompte discussed the survey feedback submitted by clients. The leadership team reviewed strategic initiatives STM has already met and future foreseeable actions to address additional desires. The team also shared where STM is at both operationally and financially.
