Short’s Travel Management is pleased to announce, this week Erin Holst has joined our leadership team as Director of Account Management. She will assume leadership of the Account Management team as well as work across departments to strengthen our client relationships.
Erin began her career in travel over twelve years ago at Short’s Travel Management and spent the last three years working for a competitor as a Manager of Client Consulting Services.
Erin specializes in successfully managing and consolidating multi-million-dollar global travel programs, securing customer loyalty, identifying strategic initiatives and cultivating strong relationships with colleagues and business partners.
She is passionate about creative thinking, problem solving, improving workflow and collaborating with internal team members to meet and exceed client expectations.
Erin states, “I’m so thrilled to return to STM, where I began my career in travel.
